基于供能可靠性的综合能源系统优化配置

OPTIMAL CONFIGURATION OF INTEGRATED ENERGY SYSTEM BASED ON ENERGY SUPPLY RELIABILITY

  • 摘要: 针对含分布式电源的综合能源系统(IES)优化配置问题,提出基于供能可靠性的系统配置方法。将设备故障后考虑温度动态变化的缺负荷期望作为可靠性指标,建立计及成本、新能源消纳、环保、可靠性的综合能源系统优化配置模型,采用自适应粒子群算法与CPLEX结合的双层优化算法进行求解。利用算例系统,验证了所提配置方法可减少系统的经济成本,提高系统的可靠性。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the optimal configuration of integrated energy system with distributed generation,this paper puts forward a system configuration method based on energy supply reliability. The lack of load expectation considering the dynamic change of temperature after equipment failure is taken as the reliability index. This paper establishes the optimal configuration model of integrated energy system with cost,environmental protection and energy supply reliability,and uses the bi-level optimization algorithm combining adaptive particle swarm optimization and CPLEX to solve the problem. The example analysis shows that the configuration method can reduce the economic cost and improve the reliability of the system.
