后掠角对风力机翼型气动特性影响的实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION OF EFFECT OF SWEPT-BACK ANGLE ON AERODYNAMIC CHARACTERISTICS OF WIND TURBINE AIRFOIL

  • 摘要: 以风力机翼型DU93-W-210为研究对象,采取风洞实验的手段探究后掠角对翼型气动特性的影响。结果表明:后掠叶段的气动特性具有明显的展向差异;随着攻角增大,后掠叶段先后经历了均匀附着流、混合分离流和完全分离流。后掠会降低CL曲线斜率,并增大上游截面的CL max;后掠对轻失速具有延迟效应,但也使深失速提前发生。通过对来流速度进行分解,提出一种适用于均匀附着流区中游截面的修正模型,拟合效果较好,可为后掠叶片的气动设计提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Taking wind turbine airfoil DU93-W-210 as the research object,a wind tunnel experiment was carried out to investigate the influence of sweep angle on aerodynamic characteristics of the airfoil.Experimental results reveal that the aerodynamic characteristics of the swept-back airfoil differ significantly in spanwise direction.With the increase of the angle of attack,the swept-back airfoil models undergo three stages of uniform attached flow,mixed separated flow and fully separated flow.Additionally,the slope of the CL curve reduces and the CLmaxof the upstream section rises with the increase of the sweep angle.Meanwhile,the sweep has a delay effect on light stall,but causes full stall to occur in advance.Moreover,a swept correction model based on decomposing the inflow velocity in the uniform attached flow region is proposed and validated by the experimental measurements.The correction model can provide a reference for the aerodynamic design of the swept-back blade.
