日光温室土壤空气换热器土壤温度场的试验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON SOIL TEMPERATURE FIELD OF EARTH-AIR HEAT EXCHANGER IN SOLAR GREENHOUSE

  • 摘要: 为了解土壤空气换热器换热管周围的土壤温度随换热管内空气温度和流速变化的动态波动规律,在太原地区一实际日光温室中对土壤空气换热器作用下的换热管周围土壤温度进行连续测试。结果表明:在试验条件下,当入口风速在0.5~4.5 m/s范围变化时,管内空气与土壤之间的换热量增多、土壤温度波幅增大,同时土壤温度波的传递范围也逐渐扩大;当入口空气温度以日为周期变化时,土壤温度场同样以日为周期波动,但由于距埋管中心距离的不同,土壤温度会有不同程度的衰减和延迟;周期性热流作用下热作用半径均不超过0.5 m;横向与纵向的土壤温度波动规律相似,仅在衰减倍数延迟时间上存在差异。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the variation law of the soil temperature field around the pipeline of the earth-air heat exchanger(EAHE)with air temperature and flow rate in the pipeline,the soil temperature field around the pipeline was tested for an actual solar greenhouse in Taiyuan. Results show that the heat transfer from air in pipe to soil, the temperature amplitude and heat affected zone of soil increase with the air velocity changing from 0.5 m/s to 4.5 m/s. When the temperature of inlet air changes in a daily cycle, the soil changes in a same period. But the response of soil temperature had attenuation and delay in different degree for different distance from the soil to pipeline center. The thermal disturbance radius in the soil is less than 0.5 m for the periodic heat flux. The soil temperature fluctuations in horizontal and vertical directions were similar but with some differences in terms of decay rate and time lag.
