不同种类生物质原料的微波气化性能研究
STUDY ON GASIFICATION PERFORMANCE OF DIFFERENT KINDS OF BIOMASS WITH MICROWAVE HEATING

摘要: 分别选取落叶松、玉米秸秆、牛粪和干燥油泥作为代表原料在微波固定床反应器上对其微波气化过程进行考察。在微波气化过程中,落叶松和玉米秸秆的气体释放主要集中在升温过程中,恒温过程的气体贡献量小,气化效率高、气体产率高且有效碳转化率高,是理想的微波气化原料;风干牛粪的挥发分含量低、灰分含量高,在微波作用下升温缓慢,气化效率低;油泥在微波气化过程中,升温迅速,气体释放主要集中在恒温阶段,微波独特的加热方式有利于轻质油回收率的提高。Abstract: Larch,corn straw,air-dried cow manure and dry oil sludge were selected as the representative raw materials to investigate the gasification process in a fixed bed microwave reactor. The gas release process of larch and corn straw is mainly concentrated in the heating process while the gas contribution in the constant temperature process is small. Larch and corn straw are ideal raw materials for microwave gasification due to their higher gasification efficiency,gas yields and effective conversion of carbon. The low gasification efficiency and slow heating rate of air-dried cow manure with microwave heating is put down to its low volatile content and high ash content. The oil sludge can be heated rapidly with microwave heating,but its gas release process is mainly concentrated in the constant temperature stage. The particularity of microwave heating is beneficial to improve the recovery of light oil in oil sludge.
