涡流发生器对风力机叶片薄翼型气动性能影响的试验研究

EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION OF EFFECT OF VORTEX GENERATORS'PARAMETER ON AERODYNAMIC PERFORMANCE OF THIN AIRFOIL

  • 摘要: 该文主要研究涡流发生器的参数对风力机叶片薄翼型气动性能的影响,以NACA4418薄翼型为研究对象,通过翼型节段模型测压风洞试验的方法,研究涡流发生器高度(3、5 mm)、形状(三角形、流线形)及安装位置(10%c、20%c、30%c、40%c,c为弦长)3个参数对翼型气动性能的影响,分析相关规律。结果表明:对比2种高度的涡流发生器,发现高度大(H=5 mm)的涡流发生器的增升减阻效果更佳;流线形涡流发生器与三角形的相比,在提高翼型升阻比方面并无优势;在不同弦向位置安装涡流发生器对翼型气动性能的改善程度差异较大,其中20%c位置的涡流发生器对翼型表面流体控制效果最好,增升减阻效果最佳。

     

    Abstract: The effects of vortex generators on the aerodynamic performance of wind turbine airfoil was studied in this paper.Pressure wind tunnel test of NACA4418 thin airfoil segment model was carried out to study the effects of vortex generators with different heights(3,5 mm),shapes (triangle,streamline) and chord-wise positions (10%c,20%c,30%c,40%c,c is chord length) on aerodynamic performance of airfoil.The related laws were analyzed.The results show that compared with the vortex generators with two different heights,the vortex generators with large height(H=5 mm)have better effect on increasing lift and reducing drag,and the streamline vortex generators have no more advantage than the triangular ones in improving lift-drag ratio of airfoil,the aerodynamic performance of airfoil is greatly improved by installing vortex generators at different chord-wise positions,among which the vortex generators at 20%c have the best control effect on the airfoil surface fluid,and the effect of increasing lift and reducing drag is the best.
