Abstract:
Aiming at the electricity demand of small ocean observation instrument,the wave energy conversion(WEC)with high reliability and environment is researched and the in-situ wave energy power supply device is developed. Based on the Sharp Eagle WEC,the key parameters,the rated power and pressure of the WEC,are determined according to the capture efficiency of the model test and real device,and the critical component of turbine,bucket wheel,are designed and manufactured. Finally,build the energy conversion test platform and test system,and carry out the experiment in laboratory. The performance parameters of wheel and nozzle,output and efficiency under various pressure,flow and load are obtained,which provides a basis for the optimal design of bucket wheel driven generator. The matching and optimization of the system is important to the design of wave energy conversion.
