冲击水轮机式小型波浪能转换系统研究

RESEARCH ON SMALL WAVE ENERGY CONVERTER SYSTEM OF PELTON TURBINE

  • 摘要: 针对小型海洋观测仪器用电需求,研究高可靠环保型冲击水轮机式波浪能转换系统,开发波浪能原位供电装置。以鹰式波浪能俘获技术为基础,根据模型试验和实型装置已定俘获效率,确定能量转换系统额定功率、压力水头等关键参数,设计并制造水轮机关键部件水斗式水轮,搭建能量转换试验平台和测试系统,开展实验室试验。获得水斗式水轮、喷嘴的性能参数,不同压力、负载下的出力和效率,可为优化设计水斗式水轮驱动的发电机提供依据。通过试验同时认识到系统匹配与优化对波浪能能量转换设计的重要性。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the electricity demand of small ocean observation instrument,the wave energy conversion(WEC)with high reliability and environment is researched and the in-situ wave energy power supply device is developed. Based on the Sharp Eagle WEC,the key parameters,the rated power and pressure of the WEC,are determined according to the capture efficiency of the model test and real device,and the critical component of turbine,bucket wheel,are designed and manufactured. Finally,build the energy conversion test platform and test system,and carry out the experiment in laboratory. The performance parameters of wheel and nozzle,output and efficiency under various pressure,flow and load are obtained,which provides a basis for the optimal design of bucket wheel driven generator. The matching and optimization of the system is important to the design of wave energy conversion.
