一种新型单输入开关电容多电平逆变器

A NOVEL SINGLE-INPUT SWITCHED-CAPACITOR MULTILEVEL INVERTER

  • 摘要: 为解决开关电容多电平逆变器开关器件承受电压应力较大的问题,该文提出一种新型开关电容多电平逆变器,其直流侧只需一个直流电源,通过电源与电容的串并联转换,对电容进行充放电,实现多电平输出。无需H桥结构,开关器件承受的电压应力低,并通过扩展可提升输出电压增益,增加输出电平数。当输出电压增益增高时,所提逆变器电压应力保持不变,具有在光伏发电及高压大功率工况下工作的潜力。给出了所提逆变器的电路结构、工作原理、调制策略、电容和电压应力分析、以及逆变器结构的扩展,并进行了仿真和实验验证。

     

    Abstract: To solve the problem of high voltage stress in switching devices of switched-capacitor multilevel inverters,this paper presents a new type of switched-capacitor multilevel inverters,which only needs a DC power supply on its DC side,and charges and discharges the capacitor through the series and parallel conversion between the power supply and the capacitor to achieve multilevel output. The proposed inverter does not need H-bridge structure,the voltage stress of switching devices is low,and the output voltage gain and output level number can be increased by extension. When the output voltage gain increases,the voltage stress of the proposed inverter remains unchanged and has the potential to work under the field of photovoltaic generators and high voltage and high power conditions. This paper presents the circuit structure,working principle,modulation strategy,capacitance and voltage stress analysis of the proposed inverter,the expansion of the inverter,and has carried on the simulation and the experiment verification.
