高频隔离并网系统中LLC谐振变换器频率跟踪策略研究

RESEARCH ON FREQUENCY TRACKING STRATEGY OF LLC RESONANT CONVERTER IN HIGH FREQUENCY ISOLATED GRID-CONNECTED SYSTEM

  • 摘要: 在高频隔离并网系统中,LLC谐振变换器工作在谐振点时可显著提高系统整体的效率,然而在实际工作条件下,难以保证其工作频率与谐振频率点完全一致。为实现谐振频率点的跟踪,该文提出一种自适应频率跟踪策略,通过变压器副边整流二极管工作状态实现对谐振变换器工作模式的区分。最后设计一台1 kW的LLC谐振变换器样机,通过实验验证了该频率跟踪控制策略的有效性。

     

    Abstract: In the high frequency isolated grid connected system,LLC resonant converter can significantly improve the overall efficiency of the system when it works at the resonant point. However,under the actual working conditions,it is difficult to ensure that the working frequency is the same as the resonant frequency. In this paper,in order to track the resonant frequency points,an adaptive frequency tracking strategy is proposed to distinguish the working modes of the resonant converter by the working state of the secondary rectifier diode of the transformer. Finally,a prototype of 1 kW LLC resonant converter has been designed and the effectiveness of the frequency tracking control strategy is verified by experiments.
