风电提供柔性爬坡容量的电力系统优化调度

摘要: 随着风电渗透率的不断增大,系统安全稳定运行需要更多的柔性爬坡容量,提出让风电参与提供柔性爬坡容量。采用改进旋转门算法对风电功率爬坡进行辨识,将风电功率爬坡作为系统中提供柔性爬坡容量的有利资源,建立风电提供柔性爬坡容量的优化调度模型。在IEEE-118节点系统中进行仿真,结果表明:风电提供柔性爬坡容量可减少常规机组提供的爬坡容量,降低成本,有效提高系统运行的经济性。验证了提高风电功率预测精度可有效增大风电提供的柔性爬坡容量。Abstract: With the increasing of wind power penetration rate,more flexible ramping capacity is needed for the safe and stable operation of the power system,so it is proposed to let wind power provide flexible ramping capacity. The improved swinging door algorithm is used to identify the wind power ramp,and the wind power ramp is regarded as the advantageous resource to provide the flexible ramping capacity in the system. The optimal scheduling model of wind power providing the flexible ramping capacity is established. The simulation results in the IEEE-118 bus system show that the flexible ramping capacity provided by wind power can reduce the ramping capacity provided by conventional units,reduce cost and effectively improve the economy of system operation. It is verified that improving the accuracy of wind power prediction can effectively increase the flexible ramping capacity provided by wind power.
