考虑环境腐蚀的海上风电导管架结构可靠度分析
RELIABILITY ANALYSIS OF THE JACKET STRUCTURE OF OFFSHORE WIND TURBINE CONSIDERING ENVIRONMENTAL CORROSION

摘要: 为研究腐蚀对风浪联合作用下海上风电导管架结构可靠度的影响,建立考虑腐蚀影响的海上风电导管架结构可靠度分析方法。以某海上风电导管架结构为例,采用服从Weibull分布的均匀腐蚀模型,建立结构非线性分析模型。以风浪环境参数为随机变量,基于结构承载性能评估中所得到的损伤临界线,采用Monte Carlo方法计算不同服役时间下的结构可靠度,分析腐蚀对海上风电导管架结构承载性能和可靠度的影响规律。研究表明,结构各损伤临界波高及风速的减小幅度与腐蚀速率有正相关关系;随着腐蚀时间的增长,海上风电导管架结构可靠度指标逐渐减小。Abstract: In order to study the effect of corrosion on the reliability of the jacket structure of OWT under combined loads of wind and wave, a reliability analysis method for the jacket structure of OWT considering the effect of corrosion is proposed. Taking a jacket structure as an example,a nonlinear model is established by using the uniform corrosion model, which obeys Weibull distribution. The environmental parameters of wind and wave are taken as the random variables. By using Monte Carlo method, the reliability of the OWT supported by a jacket under different service time is calculated based on the damage critical lines, which are obtained in the performance assessment of bearing capacity of the structure. And the effects of corrosion on the bearing capacity and reliability of the jacket structure of OWT are analyzed. The results show that, the reducing amplitudes of wave heights and wind speeds for various component damage status have positive correlation with the corrosion rate. The reliability index of the jacket structure of OWT decreases with the increase of corrosion time.
