一种基于VSG的风电机组与飞轮储能协调控制方法

A VSG-BASED COORDINATED CONTROL METHOD FOR WIND TURBINE AND FLYWHEEL ENERGY STORAGE

  • 摘要: 针对风力发电机组出力的不确定性及其无法为系统提供惯性支持的特点,提出一种基于虚拟同步发电机(VSG)的风-储发电系统协调控制方法,旨在抑制功率波动的同时能够响应系统的频率变化。首先,对于风-储发电系统并网侧变流器采用VSG控制策略,保证风力发电机组具有参与系统频率调整的能力。在此基础上,提出飞轮发电机侧变流器在并网运行阶段采用直流母线电压外环、电流内环的控制策略,并利用零极点对消法进行控制器参数设计,以维持直流母线电压的稳定。最后,通过仿真实验验证所提控制策略的有效性。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the uncertainty of wind turbine output and the inability to provide inertial support for the power system,this paper proposes a coordinated control method of wind-storage power system based on virtual synchronous generator(VSG)to respond to frequency variation and suppress power fluctuation. Firstly,a VSG control strategy is adopted for the grid-side converter of wind-storage power system to ensure that wind turbines have the ability to participate in regulating the frequency variation of the power system. On this basis,the control strategy of DC bus voltage outer loop and current inner loop for flywheel generator-side converter in gridconnected operation stage is proposed,and the controller parameters are designed using the zero-pole cancellation method. Finally,the simulation results verifies the effectiveness of the proposed control method.
