一种改进中点钳位型HERIC电路拓扑研究

摘要: 在HERIC电路拓扑的基础上提出一种改进中点钳位型HERIC拓扑。该拓扑通过在光伏逆变器直流输入电容的中点与主电路桥臂之间加入2个开关管,将桥臂处2点电压有效钳位且电压值为输入端电容电压的一半,且共模电压保持不变,从而达到抑制漏电流目的。通过仿真和实验验证了所提出电路具有效率高、抑制能力好的特性。Abstract: This paper proposes an improved midpoint clamped HERIC topology based on the HERIC circuit topology. This topology adds two switching tubes between the midpoint of the DC input capacitor of the photovoltaic inverter and the main circuit bridge arm.The voltages at the bridge arm and the voltage value is effectively clamped which is half of the input capacitor voltage. The total commonmode voltage remains unchanged to achieve the purpose of suppressing leakage current. Simulations and experiments verify that the proposed circuit has the characteristics of high efficiency and good suppression.
