Abstract:
In order to reflect the real operation of wind turbine pitch bearing,an analysis model of variable propeller bearings under combined load is established based on the flexible ring theory,and the Newton-Raphson optimization iteration method is used to solve the flexible ring model.The stress distribution rules under the initial contact angle,the half diameter coefficient of the groove curvature and the change of the clearance can be obtained.On this basis,the depth and distribution rule of hardened layer of raceway are further solved and analyzed.
