基于柔性套圈风电变桨轴承滚道力学特性分析

DEPTH ANALYSIS OF HARDENED LAYER OF RACEWAY OF WIND TURBINE PITCH BEARING BASED ON FLEXIBLE RING

  • 摘要: 为真实反映风电机组变桨轴承的运转情况,基于柔性套圈理论建立联合载荷作用下的变桨轴承分析模型,并采用Newton-Raphson优化迭代方法对柔性套圈模型进行求解,可得到初始接触角、沟曲率半径系数和游隙变化下的接触力及接触应力的分布规律,并在此基础上进一步求解及分析滚道硬化层深度及分布规律。

     

    Abstract: In order to reflect the real operation of wind turbine pitch bearing,an analysis model of variable propeller bearings under combined load is established based on the flexible ring theory,and the Newton-Raphson optimization iteration method is used to solve the flexible ring model.The stress distribution rules under the initial contact angle,the half diameter coefficient of the groove curvature and the change of the clearance can be obtained.On this basis,the depth and distribution rule of hardened layer of raceway are further solved and analyzed.
