自组织核回归风电机组功率曲线建模与应用研究

WIND TURBINE POWER CURVE MODELING AND APPLICATION BASED ON AAKR METHOD

  • 摘要: 首先采用偏最小二乘方法确定对风电机组输出功率有较大影响的变量。采用自组织核回归(AAKR)方法建立多变量功率曲线模型并进行验证,与传统单风速输入功率曲线模型相比该方法建模精度显著提高。应用滑动窗口方法对功率曲线模型的功率预测残差进行分析,及时准确地发现功率的异常变化。以一台变桨系统出现桨距角卡涩导致输出功率异常的风电机组实际运行数据,验证所提方法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: The partial least square(PLS) method is firstly used to decide which variables have great impacts on the output power.Then the auto-associative kernel regression(AAKR) method is used to construct the multivariable power curve model.Compared with the traditional power curve model with only wind speed as input,the AAKR method has a much higher modeling accuracy.Moving window method is introduced to detect the abnormal changes of the predicting power residuals to give accurately and timely alarms for wind turbine.With a test 1.5 MW wind turbine SC ADA data,the method proposed in this paper successfully detects the abnormal condition of the wind turbine caused by the pitch system failure and is proved to be effective.
