光热退火对多晶PERC太阳电池光致衰减效应的影响
EFFECT OF PHOTOTHERMAL ANNEALING ON LETID OF POLYCRYSTALLINE PERC SOLAR CELLS

摘要: 针对多晶PERC电池严重的光致衰减问题,研究不同退火方式对多晶PERC太阳电池光诱导衰减效应的影响,通过设计不同退火条件,对退火后的寿命片和电池片光电性能进行系统表征,发现不同退火条件对多晶寿命片和电池片的光衰有较大影响。通过研究对比确定最佳工艺,可较大程度地抑制多晶PERC太阳电池的光衰效应,同时又不影响电池片的转换效率,为探究抑制多晶PERC太阳电池光衰提供了方法和思路。Abstract: Polycrystalline PERC solar cells have experienced rapid development due to their low cost and high efficiency recently.However,the employment of PERC technology may bring serious light and elevated temperature induced degradation(LeTID)for polycrystalline silicon cells. To conquer this problem,we designed different annealing conditions, systematically characterized the photoelectric properties of life test silicon wafers and solar cells, and studied the effects of different photothermal annealing methods on improving the LeTID of polycrystalline perc cells. The obtained results demonstrate that the LeTID extent is highly related with the photothermal annealing conditions. The optimum photothermal annealing condition can effectively inhibit the LeTID of polycrystalline PERC solar cells without decreasing the cell efficiency. Our study may provide a new method for inhibiting the LeTID problem of polycrystalline PERC solar cells.
