光伏组件智能清扫机器人设计

DESIGN OF PHOTOVOLTAIC PANEL INTELLIGENT CLEANING ROBOT

  • 摘要: 为解决光伏组件表面积灰问题,依据光伏组件表面积灰数学模型以及光伏电站安装规格,设计一种光伏组件智能清扫机器人,采用直流减速电机驱动,采用滚筒式毛刷作为清扫刷,结构简单合理。通过光伏电站设计对比实验验证该清扫机器人的机械结构和控制电路的合理性,可实现自主清扫,对光伏组件表面无损伤,清扫覆盖率为100%,整体清洁度95%以上,提高清扫区发电量约20%。

     

    Abstract: A cumulative dust on the surface of photovoltaic panels affects seriously the efficiency of power generation.To solve the problem of dust deposition on the surface of photovoltaic panels,an intelligent cleaning robot for photovoltaic panels is designed according to the mathematical model of dust deposition on the surface of photovoltaic panels and the installation specifications of photovoltaic power plants.The robot is driven by a DC deceleration motor and the drum-type brush is used as the cleaning brush.The structure of the robot is simple and reasonable.The rationality of the mechanical structure and control circuit of the cleaning robot is verified by the comparative experiment of photovoltaic power plant design that it can achieve self-cleaning while without causing damage to the surface of the photovoltaic plate.It can achieve cleaning coverage rate at 100%,overall cleanliness at more than 95%.What’ s more,the power generation in cleaning area is increased by about 20%.
