市政污泥与典型林业生物质共热解油特性研究
CHARACTERISTIC OF BIO-OIL OBTAINED FROM CO-PYROLYSIS OF MUNICIPAL SEWAGE SLUDGE AND TYPICAL FORESTRY BIOMASS

摘要: 以市政污泥和林业生物质(松木屑、杨木屑)快速共热解产物热解油为研究对象,通过不同添加量的林业生物质与污泥在卧式管式炉进行共热解等方法,对热解油的产率、组分变化等性质进行分析。结果表明:共热解产生的热解油具有相似成分,主要含有酸类、酯类、酚类和含氮化合物等。较高的林业生物质添加量可降低热解油中S含量,但能促进热解中的N向热解油中富集,对S的促进作用则不明显。松木屑和杨木屑对污泥热解油产率存在协同效应,较低的添加量协同效应较强,过大的添加量对热解油产率具有负面影响。其中,添加10%的杨木屑对热解油产率的协同效应最大,可达12.12%。Abstract: The bio-oil produced by fast co-pyrolysis of municipal sewage sludge and typical wooden biomass(pine sawdust and poplar sawdust) in a horizontal tubular furnace was studied.The yield and composition of bio-oil generated during co-pyrolysis process were further analyzed.The results show that the bio-oil has similar components with the two biomasses,which mainly contains acids,esters,phenols,and nitrogen compounds.Higher amount of biomass can reduce sulfur content in the bio-oil but promotes the accumulation of nitrogen.Synergistic effect on bio-oil yield is calculated,and the result indicates that synergistic effect has negative correlation with high sawdust addition rate.The greatest synergistic effect on the bio-oil yield,which is 12.12%,is observed when 10% poplar sawdust is added.
