基于AFPSO的孤岛型直流微网多目标优化研究

MULTI—OBJECTIVE OPTIMIZATION OF ISLAND-TYPE DC MICROGRID BASED ON AFPSO

  • 摘要: 针对传统微网多目标优化配置过程中,易受特殊气象数据影响而导致的低鲁棒性问题,建立微网经济性、稳定性和环保性等多目标优化模型,并设置了蓄电池、超级电容储能荷电状态、最大瞬时功率要求以及功率平衡等约束条件,并据此分析微网多目标优化问题。先利用线性加权求和法转化为单目标求解问题,再采用高鲁棒性快速粒子群优化算法,求得微网内风-光-微燃气轮机-蓄电池-超级电容的最优配置组合。最后设立鲁棒性改进前后的多个算例,从经济性、环保性等方面对比分析,验证算法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,to solve the low robustness caused by special meteorological data in the traditional optimization configuration process,a multi-objective optimization model for economy,stability and environmental protection of micro-grid system is established,and restriction associated with electric energy storage state of battery and super capacitor,maximum instantaneous power requirement and power balance is built. On this basis,the multi-objective optimization issue of microgrid is analyzed. Firstly,the multi-objective optimization issue is transformed into a single target solution by utilizing the linear weighted method. Secondly,the optimal configuration combination of wind/light/micro gas turbine/battery in the microgrid is obtained based on the high robust fast particle swarm optimization algorithm. Finally,some examples related to pre-and post-robustness improvement are established,and comparisons of the economic and environmental protection are conducted to validate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
