误差对风电齿轮箱轴承疲劳寿命影响
EFFECTS OF ERROR ON FATIGUE LIFE OF BEARING FOR WIND TURBINE GEARBOX

摘要: 以某5 MW风电齿轮箱为研究对象,建立传动系统与结构系统耦合风电齿轮箱模型,基于ISO 281:2007标准和线性累计疲劳损伤理论,研究随机载荷作用下销轴误差对行星轴承寿命的影响。结果表明:行星销轴径向位置误差对轴承受载情况和寿命影响较小,而切向位置误差则影响较大;切向倾斜能改变上、下风向轴承的载荷分布情况;行星销轴误差对下风向轴承的受载情况和疲劳寿命的影响较大。Abstract: The 5 MW wind turbine is the research subject and the life model of the transmission system coupling the gearbox is established in this paper.Basing on the ISO281:2007 standard and Palmgren-Miner linear cumulative rule,the effects of the error on the loading and the fatigue life of the planetary bearing under the random wind load has been discussed.The results indicate that the planetary pin position error in the radial direction have less effect on the loading and the fatigue life of the bearing.The error in the tangential direction take great effects on them.The loading distribution of the up-wind bearing and the down-wind bearing can be changed under the planetary pin position error in the tangential direction.The effect of the planetary pin position error on the load and the fatigue life of the down-wind bearing is large.
