大规模定日镜群镜面脉动风压特性研究
STUDY ON PULSATING WIND PRESSURE CHARACTERISTICS OF LARGE SCALE HELIOSTATS

摘要: 该文基于Fluent1 7.0软件建立5种典型工况下定日镜群的数值计算模型,通过国家超级计算中心的计算技术,对大规模定日镜群进行大涡模拟(LES)分析,获得典型工况下群镜中不同位置的定日镜镜面的脉动风压系数分布,讨论了代表位置的定日镜镜面脉动风压特性。模拟结果显示群镜中各个定日镜镜面的脉动风压分布受来流风向影响较大,群镜中处于边缘位置的定日镜受脉动风作用最大;群镜镜面正反两侧脉动风压均呈正相关,同风向角下,不同位置的定日镜正反镜面的脉动风压相关性大小和定日镜与流场入口距离有关,远离流场入口处的定日镜正反镜面的脉动风压相关性最大,中间位置定日镜的相关性次之,处于迎风面的定日镜正反镜面的脉动风压相关性较小;沿来流方向前面无遮挡的定日镜叠加面的脉动风压基本符合高斯分布,镜场其他位置的定日镜静面风压不符合高斯分布特性。Abstract: Based on Fluent 17.0 software,the numerical calculation model of heliostat group under five typical working conditions is established.Through the National Supercomputing Changsha Center,the large eddy simulation(LES) analysis of large-scale heliostat group is carried out.Under the working conditions,the distribution of the pulsating wind pressure coefficient and the pulsating wind pressure characteristics of the heliostat in the representative position of the heliostat group is discussed.The simulation results show that the wind direction has a great influence on the wind pressure distribution of the heliostat surface.The heliostat at the peripheral edge position is most affected by the pulsating wind;the pulsating wind pressure on the front and back sides of the the heliostat surface is positively correlated.Under the same wind direction,Pulsating wind pressure coefficient correlation of the heliostat at different positions is related to the inlet distance of the flow field.Pulsating wind pressure coefficient correlation of the heliostat on the windward side is small,and the correlation of the heliostats in the middle position is second.The heliostat at the outlet of the flow field is the most relevant;The pulsating wind pressure of the heliostat in front of the inflow direction is basically in accordance with the Gaussian distribution,and the pulsating wind pressure of the heliostats in other positions does not conform to the Gaussian distribution.
