风力机塔筒顶升纠偏机理研究与应用

RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF RECTIFICATION MECHANISM OF WIND TURBINE TOWER

  • 摘要: 针对目前国内出现的多台问题风力机因基础混凝土风致疲劳损伤严重致塔筒倾斜严重而无法正常运行的工程事故,提出一种适用于风力机塔筒倾斜的基础环顶升纠偏方法,该方法简单、安全有效。基于塔筒倾斜摇摆机理,建立基于弯矩平衡原理的风力机塔筒顶升纠偏力学模型,提出纠偏最大顶升力的计算方法。经验证,湖南某风电场18#问题风力机塔筒顶升过程中实测最大顶升力与理论计算值基本一致。总结18#和10#风力机塔筒纠偏成功与失败的经验,建议纠偏时机应选择塔筒倾斜严重而出现摇摆状,纠偏前务必保证风力机基础的原始状态,切忌进行不必要的扰动,造成塔筒复位困难。同时,整个纠偏过程中应对基础环受力最大处进行位移和应变监控,以保证顶升过程的安全可控。通过对18#风力机纠偏加固后长达一年的定期检查结果表明,基于基础环顶升纠偏加固方案具有可行性,可广泛推广。

     

    Abstract: Aimed at the engineering accident that many wind turbines cannot run normally due to the serious tilting of the tower caused by wind-induced fatigue damage of the foundation concrete,a method for rectifying the tilting of the foundation ring by jacking action is proposed,which is not only simple but also safe and effective. According to the tilting and swaying mechanism of the wind turbine tower,a mechanical model of rectifying deviation of wind turbine tower is established based on the principle of bending moment balance,the calculation method of maximum jacking force is calculated. By comparing with practical engineering,the maximum calculated jacking force is consistent with the maximum jacking force measured in 18# wind turbine tower at Hunan province wind farm.The successful and unsuccessful experience of rectifying the deviation of jacking 18# and 10# wind turbine towers are summarized. It is suggested that the time of rectifying the deviation should be chosen when the tower cylinder tilts seriously and appears swing shape.Before rectifying the deviation,the original state of the wind turbine foundation must be guaranteed,and unnecessary disturbance must be avoided,which will cause difficulties in the reset of the tower. At the same time,the displacement and strain monitoring should be carried out at the place where the foundation ring has the maximum stress during the whole correction process to ensure the safe and controllable jacking process. The results of one year’s regular inspection of 18# wind turbine after rectifying and strengthening show that the rectifying and strengthening scheme based on foundation ring jacking is feasible which can be widely promoted.
