不同结构组合式相变材料换热器性能分析

PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF HEAT STORAGE EXCHANGER WITH DIFFERENT STRUCTURES OF COMBINED TYPE PHASE CHANGE MATERIALS

  • 摘要: 基于焓法建立可靠的相变传热模型,对采用单一相变材料的换热器及不同结构组合式相变材料换热器的相变传热过程进行数值分析。结果表明:组合式相变材料换热器的性能优于采用单一相变材料的换热器,特别是串联结构组合式相变材料换热器;不同结构组合式相变材料换热器中,流体不同入口速度对换热器性能对比具有较大影响;合理选择组合式相变材料各组分的体积分数可使得换热器的性能达到最优。研究结果对组合式相变材料换热器的设计及优化具有一定的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Based on the enthalpy method,a reliable phase change heat transfer model was established. The phase change heat transfer process of latent heat storage exchanger with a single phase change material and latent heat storage exchangers with different structures of multiple phase change materials was numerically analyzed. The results show that compared with the latent heat storage exchanger using a single phase change material,the latent heat storage exchanger using multiple phase change materials has the better performance,especially the cascaded structure latent heat storage exchanger. For different structural latent heat storage exchangers using multiple phase change materials,the different fluid inlet velocity has a great influence on the performance comparison of latent heat storage exchangers. Reasonable selection of the proportion volumes of multiple phase change materials can optimize the performance of the latent heat storage exchanger. The research results have certain guiding significance for the design and optimization of latent heat storage exchangers with multiple phase change materials.
