Abstract:
Based on the enthalpy method,a reliable phase change heat transfer model was established. The phase change heat transfer process of latent heat storage exchanger with a single phase change material and latent heat storage exchangers with different structures of multiple phase change materials was numerically analyzed. The results show that compared with the latent heat storage exchanger using a single phase change material,the latent heat storage exchanger using multiple phase change materials has the better performance,especially the cascaded structure latent heat storage exchanger. For different structural latent heat storage exchangers using multiple phase change materials,the different fluid inlet velocity has a great influence on the performance comparison of latent heat storage exchangers. Reasonable selection of the proportion volumes of multiple phase change materials can optimize the performance of the latent heat storage exchanger. The research results have certain guiding significance for the design and optimization of latent heat storage exchangers with multiple phase change materials.
