CATALYTIC CRACKING OF BIOMASS OVER HZSM-5 MODIFIED BY DAWSON-TYPE PHOSPHO-WOLFRAMIC ACID

  • 摘要: 利用Dawson结构磷钨酸(PW)对HZSM-5进行改性,研究PW负载量对生物质热重特性及反应动力学参数的影响,并对制取的生物油进行液相及有机相分析。结果表明:添加HZSM-5使热重曲线向低温侧偏移,但随着PW负载量的增加,热重曲线向高温侧逐渐回偏,并使最大失重速率降低;反应级数从1.97升至2.12,活化能从53.32 kJ/mol降至31.15 kJ/mol,指前因子从8.27×10~4s-1降至9.61×10~2s-1,反应复杂度增加,剧烈程度降低;10%PW/HZSM-5催化所得有机相收率仅为10.73%,高位热值却达38.01 MJ/kg,其中I类单环芳香烃含量达到52.29%,多环芳香烃仅占12.32%,并且对BTEX(Benzene,Toluene,Ethylbenzene,Xylene)选择性较高;当PW负载量增至20%时,烃类组成有所恶化,对含氧有机物的转化能力降低。

     

    Abstract: HZSM-5 is modified by Dawson-type phospho-wolframic(PW)acid,and the effects of PW loading on the weight-loss characteristics and reaction kinetics parameters of biomass pyrolysis are analyzed. Besides,the yield and moisture content of liquid and the organic phase composition is detected. The results show that the addition of HZSM-5 make the thermo-gravimetric curves shifted to the low-temperature side. However,with the increase of PW loading,the curves gradually are shifted back to the high-temperature side,and the maximum weight-loss rate decrease. The reaction order increases from 1.97 to 2.12,the activation energy decreases from 53.32 kJ/mol to 31.15 kJ/mol,and the frequency factor decreased from 8.27×10~4 s-1 to 9.61×10~2 s-1,indicating that the complexity of the conversion process increases and the severity decreases. The 10%PW/HZSM-5 catalysis decreases organic phase yield to 10.73 %,but increases high heating value to 38.01 MJ/kg,and promotes the content of I-type mono-aromatic hydrocarbons to 52.29 %. Besides,the content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons is only 12.32%,and it shows a higher selectivity for BTEX. When the PW loading is increased to 20%,the hydrocarbon composition deteriorates slightly,and the conversion degree of oxygen-containing organics decreases.
