油菜秸秆颗粒化沼气发酵特性与产能研究

ANAEROBIC DIGESTION PERFORMANCE OF RAPE STRAW PELLETS AND OPERATION NET ENERGY

  • 摘要: 为实现油菜秸秆收-储-运过程与沼气发酵有效结合,对比研究不同处理方式(造粒、切段、粉碎)的产能特性。结果表明:造粒处理可促进厌氧消化过程对半纤维素的降解,降解率可达20%;累积产气量在发酵后第17天达总累积产气量的90%,分别较切段和粉碎提前3 d和2 d;原料产气率为116.88 mL/g·VS,较切段和粉碎高31.50%和18.66%;分析3种处理模式的工程运行能耗,造粒较切段和粉碎处理的净产能分别高13.98%和11.6%。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,rape straw is pretreated by three kinds of processes,pelleting,chopping and rubbing,for anaerobic digestion tests. In early 17 days,the pellets test acquire 90% of the potential cumulative biogas production,which is 2 d and 3 d ahead compared with the chopping and rubbing processes. The biogas yield of pelleting reaches 116.88 mL/g·VS,which is 31.50% and 17.97% higher than these of chopping and rubbing,respectively. Pelleting treatment may promovte the degradation of the hemicellulose during the anaerobic digestion. Pegradation ratio is approximately 20%. Based on the results,the net energy analysis are carried out,pelleting process obtains the highest net energy income,13.98% and 11.46% higher than that of chopping and rubbing,respectively.
