脱灰预处理对稻秆水热碳化特性的影响

摘要: 以脱灰稻秆为原料,未脱灰稻秆为参照,通过水热碳化实验结合傅里叶红外光谱和热重分析,深入研究脱灰预处理对稻秆水热碳化特性的影响。结果表明:在反应温度150~300℃,停留时间240 min条件下,脱灰稻秆水热焦产率从70.9%降至36.2%,而碳质量分数从42.03%增至63.33%,均高于相同条件下稻秆水热焦产率和碳质量分数,并随反应温度的升高差距逐渐缩小;同稻秆水热焦相比,脱灰稻秆水热焦C==O键、芳环骨架振动和代表聚合物特征的官能团红外吸收峰更强;综合热重分析表明,脱灰处理可减少稻秆水热过程中水分子的扩散阻力,降低低沸点挥发分,增加水热焦的燃烧热稳定性。Abstract: Hydrothermal carbonization(HTC)experiments of de-ashing rice straw were carried out. Rice straw as reference,the chemical structure and combustion properties of the hydrochar were investigated using the Fourier transform infrared spectrum and the Thermogravimetric analyzer. The results indicated that the hydrochar yield gradually decreases from 70.9% to 36.2%,while the carbon content increases from 42.03% to 63.33% with reaction temperature increasing from 150 ℃ to 300 ℃ for 240 min. Compared with the yields and carbon content of the hydrochar from the rice straw,the values of the hydrochar of the de-ashing rice straw are high,however,the gap between the two gradually decreases. The infrared absorption peaks of the C==O bond,aromatic ring skeleton vibration,and the functional groups representing polymer characteristics of the hydrochars from de-ashing rice straws are also stronger.Comprehensive thermogravimetric analysis shows that the de-ashing treatment decreases the diffusion resistance of water molecules in rice straw during hydrothermal process,reduces the low boiling point volatile matter,and increases the thermal stability of the hydrochar.
