小型风力发电机偏航系统动力学分析

DYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF YAW SYSTEM FOR SMALL WIND TURBINES

  • 摘要: 为分析偏航失稳机理,以某小型风力发电机为研究对象,基于偏航扭转振动模型,分析得到了偏航失稳的条件;通过建立该风力机的刚-柔耦合模型,进行强迫振动分析,研究风力机偏航速度、塔架扭转刚度和偏航阻力对其振动特性的影响。结果表明,偏航速度对其偏航稳定性有一定影响,增加塔架扭转刚度能显著改善偏航振动响应,而施加偏航阻力并不能有效降低小型风力机偏航振动响应。

     

    Abstract: In order to analyze the yaw instability mechanism,based on the yaw torsional vibration model of a small wind turbine,the yaw instability conditions are obtained. By establishing the rigid-flexible coupling model of the wind turbine,the forced vibration analysis is carried out,and the effects of wind turbine yaw speed,tower torsional stiffness and yaw resistance on its vibration characteristics are studied. The results show that the yaw speed has a certain influence on its yaw stability. Increasing the tower torsional stiffness can significantly improve the yaw vibration response,and the application of yaw resistance can not effectively reduce the yaw vibration response of small wind turbines.
