离子液体催化高酸值地沟油预酯化反应实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON PRE-ESTERIFICATION OF HIGH ACID TRAP GREASE PREPARED BIODIESEL CATALYZED BY IONIC LIQUID

  • 摘要: 以自制的离子液体为催化剂结合自行设计的生物柴油制备反应装置,对高酸值地沟油原料先进行预酯化处理,再转酯化制备生物柴油,并讨论不同操作方法对反应速率和反应进程的影响。结果表明:在离子液体催化剂用量为地沟油原料的5.0%,甲醇通入量0.825 mL/min,105℃条件下反应2 h,生物柴油酯化率可达95%以上,催化剂重复使用9次后,酯化率仍达到77.8%;改变操作方法,先在带压条件下,通入甲醇量1.32 mL/min,反应30 min后,再在常压条件下,通入甲醇量0.825 mL/min,反应30 min,在上述反应条件下,地沟油酸值可由120 mg KOH/g降为0.89 mg KOH/g,酯化率可达99.26%,并可缩短酯化时间1 h。

     

    Abstract: Based on self-made ionic liquid as catalyst and self-designed biodiesel preparation reaction device,biodiesel was prepared from high acid value sewage oil by pre-esterification and then esterification. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:reaction temperature 105 ℃,methanol inlet rate 0.825 mL/min,catalyst dosage 5.0%,esterification rate>95% in 2 h. Under this condition esterification rate was 77.8% after 9 times of catalyst reuse;By changing the operation method,the amount of methanol was 1.32 mL/min under pressure for 30 min,and then the amount of methanol was 0.825 mL/min under normal pressure for 30 min.Under the above reaction conditions,the acid value of trench could be reduced from 120 mg KOH/g to 0.89 mg KOH/g,the esterification rate could reach 99.26%,and the esterification time could be shortened by 1 h.
