Abstract:
In order to solve the serious problem of wind power abandonment in North China,the strategy of heating to absorb wind power through heat storage electric boiler is put forward.Firstly,considering the uncertainties of wind power,a wind power prediction model is established with small error by discretizing the prediction error interval.Then,the power grid system is combined with the heating system and real-time monitor the temperature of the effluent and return water of heating system,issue instructions through power network dispatching and optimize dispatching with the objective function of minimizing the rate of wind abandonment.Finally,through the heating data of a certain area in the north,three different scenarios are established for comparative analysis,verifing that the dispatching model can improve the wind power absorption,alleviate the fluctuation of power grid,and play the role of "peaky cutting and valley filling".
