SDS联合亚临界水预处理对污泥水热液化制油的影响

COMBINED(SDS+SUBCRITICAL WATER)PRETREATMENT EFFECT ON HYDRO-LIQUEFACTION OF MUNICIPAL SLUDGE

  • 摘要: 以湿污泥为原料,利用十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)与亚临界水对其进行联合预处理,在反应温度340℃及停留时间40 min的条件下,对其进行水热液化实验研究。探讨预处理条件对污泥有机质提取,水热液化产物收率及生物油组成成分的影响。结果表明,预处理可明显提高从污泥中提取出的有机质的含量,生物油收率及其中酯含量最高分别为43.70%和58.67%。

     

    Abstract: In this study,the wet sludge obtained from a municipal sewage treatment plant was pretreated with sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)and subcritical water. Hydrothermal liquefaction of pretreated sludge was carried out under the conditions of reaction temperature of 340 °C and residence time of 40 min. The effects of pretreatment conditions on sludge organic matter extraction,liquefaction products yield and bio-oil composition were studied. Results showed that after pretreatment the content of organic matter extracted from sludge was significantly improved. The highest bio-oil yield and ester content were 43.70% and 58.67%,respectively.
