基于TRIZ的筒型基础沉放技术创新应用研究

INNOVATION AND APPLICATION OF TRIZ IN BUCKET FUNDATION INSTALLATION

  • 摘要: 将TRIZ理论与功能分析相结合,建立基于TRIZ的功能分析模型,并构建相应的技术创新流程,以海上风电新型筒型基础安装沉放及运行承载分析为例,介绍通过技术创新解决矛盾问题的过程,研究结果表明该创新流程适用于筒型基础的改良与优化,对提高筒型基础的创新效率具有较好的支撑作用。

     

    Abstract: This paper combines the TRIZ theory with functional analysis,establishes a TRIZ-based functional analysis model,and constructs a corresponding technological innovation process for the bucket foundation. Taking the installation and load-bearing analysis of the new composite bucket foundation as an example,this paper presents the process of solving contradiction through technological innovation. The results showed that the proposed innovation process is suitable for the improvement and optimization of the bucket foundation,and has a better supporting effect on enhancing the innovation efficiency of the bucket foundation.
