分布式电源接入配电网的配电终端优化配置

DISTRIBUTION TERMINAL OPTIMAL DESIGN FOR DISTRIBUTED GENERATION ACCESSING DISTRIBUTION NETWORK

  • 摘要: 该文从状态估计和可观测性角度出发,研究当分布式电源接入后配电终端的优化配置方案,该方案选择配电终端数量最小为目标函数,在配电网可观测前提下确立相关限制参数并构造研究模型,在Matlab遗传算法环境下运行。最终采用国际上典型的馈线辐射状配电网模型IEEE 33节点配电网络为算例,验证了该配电终端优化配置方案满足系统的完全可观测性和减小停电损失的目标。

     

    Abstract: From the viewpoint of state estimation and observability,this paper studies the optimal design scheme of distribution terminals when distributed generation is connected to distribution network. The objective function of this scheme is to minimize the number of distribution terminals,determining the relevant restrictive parameters and constructing a research model according to the observability of distribution network,and then running under the environment of Matlab genetic algorithms. Finally a typical international feeder radial distribution network model,the IEEE 33-bus distribution network,is used as an example to verify that the optimal design scheme satisfies the objectives of complete observability and reducing outage losses of the system.
