直驱变流器接入弱电网次同步振荡机理分析

ANALYSIS OF SUB-SYNCHRONOUS OSCILLATION MECHANISM OF DIRECT-DRIVE WIND TURBINE INVERTER CONNECTED TO WEEK POWER SYSTEM

  • 摘要: 以风电中压变流器单机为例,建立并网逆变器次同步频率段的锁相环和电流环小信号模型,采用根轨迹法分析电网电感、电流环比例积分、锁相环比例积分、风力机有功出力与电网次同步振荡的关联关系。研究表明,在逆变器接入弱电网时,q轴电流环控制可表征出电阻、电感和电容的串联效果,q轴电流环比例或锁相环比例较小时电阻为负电阻特征,导致无串联补偿的区域电网出现次同步振荡问题。

     

    Abstract: Taking medium voltage converter used in wind power plant as an example,the small signal models of Phase Locked Loops(PLL)and Current Control Loops(CCL)in the sub-synchronous frequency band of electrical inverters was established. The relationship between grid inductance,proportion and integration parameters of CCL,proportion and integration parameters of PLL,active power output,and grid Sub-Synchronous Oscillation(SSO)was analyzed by root locus methods. The research showed that the q axis current loop control can be characterized the series effect of resistance,inductance and capacitance when the electrical inverter is connected to the weak electrical power system,and the resistance will be negative resistance when proportions of the q axis CCL or PLL is small,which leads to SSO phenomenon of the regional power system without series compensation.
