直膨式太阳能热泵集热蒸发器设计参数敏感性分析

SENSITIVITY ANALYSIS OF DESIGN PARAMETERS OF COLLECTOR FOR DIRECT-EXPANSION SOLAR ASSISTED HEAT PUMP WATER HEATER

  • 摘要: 对直膨式太阳能热泵热水系统建立数学模型,利用实验数据验证此模型的可靠性,并在此基础上,采用敏感性分析法分析集热蒸发器设计参数对系统性能的影响,同时引入敏感性系数作为评价指标,确定集热蒸发器的关键设计参数。研究显示:集热蒸发器面积对制热性能系数与热水加热功率的影响最显著,对它们的敏感性系数分别为0.201和0.223。最终将集热蒸发器面积和集热蒸发器吸收率确定为关键设计参数。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,a mathematical model for the direct-expansion solar assisted heat pump water heater system is developed with verified experimental data. On this basis,the influence of design parameters of collector/evaporator on system performance are analyzed by sensitivity analysis method. Meantime,the sensitivity coefficient is introduced as an evaluation index to determine the key design parameters of collector/evaporator. The results show that the area of the collector/evaporator has the most significant effect on the heating coefficient of performance and heating capacity,and the sensitivity coefficients for them are 0.201 and 0.223,respectively. Finally,the area and absorption rate of collector/evaporator are determined as key design parameters.
