变频移相混合式控制CLL谐振变换器
VARIABLE FREQUENCY AND PHASE SHIFTING HYBRID CONTROL FOR CLL RESONANT CONVERTER

摘要: 为适应宽范围输入电压场合,该文结合变频控制(variable frequency control,VFC)和移相控制(phase shift control,PSC)这2种控制方式的特点,提出在输入高压时变换器进行移相控制,输入低压时进行变频控制的混合式控制方法。详细分析了在2种不同模式控制下全桥CLL谐振变换器的原理以及特性,并对变换器的谐振网络参数进行合理的设计。以500 W原理样机为例,对混合式控制全桥CLL谐振变换器进行实验验证。实验结果表明在混合控制策略下,全桥CLL谐振变换器能够实现原边开关管的零电压开通(zero voltage switching,ZVS)和副边整流二极管的零电流关断(zero-current switching,ZCS),并具有开关频率变化范围窄、效率高等特点。Abstract: In order to adapt to a wide range of input voltage applications,this paper combines the characteristics of variable frequency control(VFC)and phase shift control(PSC)to propose phase shift control of the converter when input high voltage. A hybrid control method that performs variable frequency control when a low voltage is input. The principle and characteristics of the full-bridge CLL resonant converter under two different modes are analyzed in detail,and the resonant network parameters of the converter are designed reasonably. In this paper,a 500 W prototype is taken as an example to verify the hybrid control full-bridge CLL resonant converter. The experimental results show that under the hybrid control strategy,the full-bridge CLL resonant converter can realize the ZVS of the primary switches and the ZCS of the secondary rectifier diodes,and has the characteristics of narrow switching frequency range and high efficiency.
