Abstract:
To study the performance of silica gel in the heat storage device after compounding with LiCl,impregnates the silica gel with four different concentrations of LiCl solution to produce composite adsorbents. The physical properties and heat storage performances of the four composite adsorbents and the original silica gel were tested and analyzed. The results show that LiCl changes the specific surface area and other parameters of silica gel. The permeability of the composite adsorbents is higher than the recommended value of the heat storage device. There is an improvement in the adsorption capacity, adsorption heat and heat storage density of the composite adsorbents relative to silica gel,and are suitable for thermal energy storage.
