双圆台型高温太阳能蓄热系统传热特性研究

STUDY ON HEAT TRANSFER CHARACTERISTICS OF DOUBLE-TRUNCATED CONE STORAGE TANK IN CSP PLANT

  • 摘要: 提出一种新型太阳能蓄热系统(双圆台型),然后建立数学模型并进行模型验证,最后计算多种变参数条件下蓄热系统的传热特性。研究结果表明:增大传热介质的入口温度、流速均能提高蓄热装置的蓄热速率;对比单圆台型储热系统的出口温度,结果发现双圆台型系统的热利用率显著提高;在该文的数值计算参数范围内,当传热介质的进口温度和流速分别为747 K和1.2 m/s时,双圆台型系统的蓄热效果最优。研究结果对于认识和揭示高温太阳能高效光热转换及利用具有参考价值。

     

    Abstract: A new type of solar energy storage system(double-truncated cone type)has been proposed in this paper. Then the mathematical model has been verified. Finally,the heat transfer characteristics of the solar energy storage system under various variable parameters have been calculated. The results show that increasing the inlet temperature and flow rate of heat transfer medium can increase the heat storage rate of the regenerator. Comparing with the outlet temperature of the single-truncated cone type heat storage tank,the heat utilization ratio of the double-truncated cone type heat storage tank is significantly improved. The results also show that in the range of the numerical calculation parameters in this paper,when the inlet temperature and flow velocity of the heat transfer medium are 747 K and 1.2 m/s respectively,the heat storage effect of the double-truncated cone is the best. The research results can provide a reference to know the high-efficient solar energy utilization.
