Abstract:
To solve the problem of low consumption rate of new energy in a single area,this article considers the wind power and photovoltaic power’s output characteristics,grid constraints and inter-regional power exchange,an optimal model for studying the annual renewable energy accommodation of inter-regional power grids is established based on the principle of time series simulation,And by using the particle swarm optimization,penalty function and feasibility conditioning mechanism. The optimal model can give the maximum consumed new energy of each region electricity and inter-regional power transmission capacity. By analyzing the actual data of inter-regional power grid in a province,we find inter-regional power exchange can more fully consume the new energy,which verifies the effectiveness and reliability of the method.
