基于时序的新能源跨区域消纳评估方法研究

RESEARCH ON INTER-REGIONAL RENEWABLE ENERGY ACCOMMODATION ASSESSMENT METHOD BASED ON TIME SERIES PRODUCTION SIMULATION

  • 摘要: 为解决新能源单地区消纳率低的问题,综合考虑风电、光伏的出力特性、网架约束和跨区电力交换等因素,建立用于研究跨区域的电网年度下新能源时序消纳优化模型。通过粒子群优化算法、罚函数及可行化调整机制求解出各地区最大可消纳新能源电量以及跨区联络线传输电量。最后基于某省跨区电网实际数据分析,跨区电力交换能够更充分的消纳新能源电量,验证了方法的有效性和可靠性。

     

    Abstract: To solve the problem of low consumption rate of new energy in a single area,this article considers the wind power and photovoltaic power’s output characteristics,grid constraints and inter-regional power exchange,an optimal model for studying the annual renewable energy accommodation of inter-regional power grids is established based on the principle of time series simulation,And by using the particle swarm optimization,penalty function and feasibility conditioning mechanism. The optimal model can give the maximum consumed new energy of each region electricity and inter-regional power transmission capacity. By analyzing the actual data of inter-regional power grid in a province,we find inter-regional power exchange can more fully consume the new energy,which verifies the effectiveness and reliability of the method.
