风电场的组合维修策略研究

摘要: 为降低风电场维修成本,提出针对风电场的风电机组部件组合维修策略。在各部件故障率服从威布尔分布的基础上,确定各部件的最优预防性维修周期,进而确定各部件后续预防性维修的实施时刻。将未来一段时间内的全部维修任务按分组方案组合为多个维修组,单一维修组内包含的全部维修任务采用分层优化方法安排给多支维修队一起执行,以使在风电机组停机时间最短情况下维修队工作时间最短。对比组合维修策略与预防性维修策略的维系成本,以分组方案节约维修成本为适应度,使用遗传算法求解最优分组方案。仿真结果验证了该策略可有效减少风电机组的停机时间,降低风电场维修成本。Abstract: In order to reduce the maintenance cost of wind farms,this paper proposes a combination maintenance strategy for wind turbine components of wind farms.On the basis of the Weibull distribution of the failure rate of each component,the optimal preventive maintenance cycle of each component is determined,and then the implementation time of subsequent preventive maintenance of each component is calculated.All maintenance tasks in the future will be combined into multiple maintenance groups in a grouping scheme.All maintenance tasks included in a single maintenance group are arranged to multiple maintenance teams on basis of a hierarchical optimization method in order to minimize the maintenance time so that the downtime of the wind turbine is shortest.Comparing the maintenance cost of the combined maintenance strategy and the preventive maintenance strategy,taking the grouping scheme saving the maintenance cost as the fitness,the optimal grouping scheme is solved by using the genetic algorithm..The simulation results verify that the strategy can effectively reduce the downtime of wind turbines and reduce the maintenance cost of wind farms.
