Abstract:
Combined with a U-bend deep buried pipe project in Xi’an,a three-dimensional full-scale numerical calculation model is established and verified. On this basis, the influence of cementing layer with different thermal conductivity on the heat transfer capacity of the buried pipe is simulated and analyzed. The results show that when the thermal conductivity of the cementing layer increases within a range of less than or close to the thermal conductivity of the geotechnical layer,it has a significant effect on the heat transfer of buried pipes. In addition, the influence of the thermal conductivity of cementing layer on the heat transfer of the buried pipe is related to the thermal conductivity of the rock soil in vertical direction, but has no obvious relationship with the vertical temperature distribution of the stratum.
