低温工况热源塔热泵系统应用试验分析

EXPERIMEATAL ANALYSIS ON APPLICATION OF HEAT SOURCE TOWER HEAT PUMP SYSTEM UNDER LOW TEMPERATURE CONDITION

  • 摘要: 针对热源塔换热能力及热源塔联立热泵主机制热情况分别进行试验研究,并与风冷热泵的制热变化性能进行比较分析。结果表明,控制热源塔进口气液温差恒定的情况下,塔从空气中吸收的热量随环境温度的降低而增加,溶液中溶质的挥发对热源塔吸热量有重要影响;热源塔进口气液温差随环境自然变化的情况下,环境温度与蒸发温度的温差随环境温度的降低而减小,热源塔从空气中吸收的热量也随之减少。在低温工况下,虽然空气含湿量较少,但热源塔热泵系统相比于其他空气作为热源的热泵系统,在潜热换热方面有较大优势。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,the heat transfer ability of the heat source tower and the heating capacity of combining the heat source tower and the heat pump host is separately tested,and a comparison of heating capacity with the air-cooled heat pump is conducted.The results show that under the condition of constant temperature difference between the inlet air and solution,the heat absorbed by the tower from the air increases with the decrease of the ambient temperature.The volatilization of solute in solution plays an important role in heat absorption of heat source tower.Under the condition of variable temperature difference between the inlet air and solution,the temperature difference between the ambient temperature and the evaporation temperature decreases with the decrease of the ambient temperature,at the same time the heat absorbed by the heat source tower decreases too.Although the air contains less moisture under low temperature conditions,the heat pump system with heat source tower has greater advantages on latent heat exchange compared to other heat pump systems using air as heat source.
