风力发电塔基础环基础疲劳破坏加固方法研究
RESEARCH ON STRENGTHENING METHOD FOR FATIGUE DAMAGE OF EMBEDDED-RING CONCRETE FOUNDATION FOR WIND TURBINE TOWER

摘要: 针对基础环基础的构造缺陷,提出环向预应力加固方法,并以某风电机组基础环基础为例,通过数值分析计算基础环基础加固前后的受力状态,根据相关规范对其疲劳寿命进行评估。结果表明,该方法能有效降低混凝土疲劳应力幅,提高T型板上方混凝土疲劳寿命,同时能降低基础柱墩上表面拉应力水平,有效改善开裂问题。Abstract: Considering the construction defect of the embedded-ring foundation,a strengthening method based on circumferential prestressed technique is proposed in this paper.Taking an embedded-ring foundation of a wind turbine tower as an example,the numerical analyses are carried out to analyze the stress state of the concrete foundation with or without strengthening.The fatigue life of the concrete above the T-shaped plate is evaluated according to the relevant design codes and references.The results show that the strengthening method can effectively lower the fatigue stress amplitude of the concrete and raise the fatigue life of the concrete above the T-shaped plate.Furthermore,the stress level of the top surface of the foundation can be reduced and cracking phenomenon of the concrete can be improved.
