地源热泵间歇运行下土壤热湿迁移的实验研究
EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF SOIL HEAT AND MOISTURE TRANSFER DURING INTERMITTENT OPERATION OF GROUND SOURCE HEAT PUMP

摘要: 建立地埋管换热土壤热湿迁移过程的实验装置,对地源热泵间歇运行时不同进口流体温度及不同土壤体积含水率下土壤温湿度场的变化特性进行实验研究。实验结果表明∶间歇运行时,入口流体温度的升高会使土壤温度最大值升高,但不利于土壤温度的恢复,土壤体积含水率的增加在一定程度上有利于地下换热和土壤温度的恢复。系统开机后存在土壤温度上升的主上升区,此区温度增幅超过65%,关机后第18小时土壤温度基本恢复至初始温度;系统关停后在温湿度梯度的作用下会出现温度和含水率最大值后移的现象,热源对土壤温度和含水率的作用半径约为280和375 mm;开停比为1∶2时温湿度较1∶1能恢复得更低,合理设置停机时间有利于机组长期有效运行。Abstract: An experimental facility for the soil heat-moisture transfer process research based on buried pipe ground heat transfer is established.The variation characteristics of soil temperature and humidity distribution under different inlet fluid temperatures and different soil volumetric water content during the intermittent operation of ground source heat pump are investigated.The experiment results show that the increase of the inlet fluid temperature will maximize the soil temperature during the intermittent operation,but is not conducive to the restoration of soil temperature.The increase of soil volumetric water content is beneficial to the underground heat exchange and restoration of soil temperature to some extent.After the system being booted,there is a main rising temperature zone where the soil temperature increase in this zone exceeds 65%.The soil temperature after shutdown 18 h is basically restored to the initial temperature.After the system shutdown,the temperature and moisture content will have maximum shift under the influence of temperature and humidity gradient.The action radius of heat source on soil temperature and moisture content is about 280 mm and375 mm respectively.When the ratio of turn-on/turn-off is 1:2,the temperature and humidity can restore to lower than that of 1:1,so the reasonable setting of downtime is beneficial to the long-term effective operation of the unit.
