聚热式太阳能蒸汽发生系统性能研究

摘要: 为提高汽化温度,获得较高产蒸汽效率,根据聚热集能及局域加热的原则,设计并搭建无需复杂聚光元件,经济可靠的聚热式太阳能蒸汽发生系统。聚热式太阳能蒸汽发生系统中,顶部热损远高于底部和侧面热损的总和,采用双层玻璃盖板,可减少41%的顶部热损。实验表明:采用聚热集能及双层玻璃盖板减少热损可使水汽化温度达到沸点(94℃)。典型晴天下,8 m2聚热式太阳能蒸汽发生系统的日产蒸汽量4.03 kg,工作温度120~140℃时,太阳能转换效率为9%。Abstract: A low-cost solar steam generation system with heat concentration is designed and built. The heat localization is employed to improve the vaporization temperature and steam production efficiency. The top heat loss is much higher than the sum of the bottom and side heat losses in the solar steam generation system. The top heat loss is reduced by 41% by using double-gazing cover. The experiment results show that the vaporization temperature reaches above the boiling point(94 ℃)with heat concentration. In typical sunny day,the daily steam production of the system with 8 m~2 collector reaches 4.03 kg. The conversion efficiency is about 9% when the working temperature is 120-140 ℃.
