Abstract:
In order to solve the key problems of wind-heating,a stirring heating experiment system with six straight blade turbine blade as the mixing blade had been designed and built,to seek an efficient mixing heating medium. The study using 8 kinds of medium as stirring medium including water,46
# hydraulic oil,used engine oil,paraffin oil,starch suspension,sand suspension,saturated NaCl solution and 9% NaHCO
3 solution to analyzing the temperature rise rate,stirring power and heating efficiency of different working fluids.The results show that the heat efficiency can be changed by using different liquids as the mixing medium within the test speed range(300-500 r/min). The saturated NaCl solution and paraffin oil are the better stir-heating medium,The maximum heat efficiency of the saturated NaCl solution is up to 41.56%,and the highest heat efficiency of the paraffin oil can reach 33.93%. The temperature rise of oil is higher than other medium,but the thermal efficiency is lower. Paraffin oil and saturated NaCl solution can be used separately in the areas with lower wind speed and higher wind speed.
