基于热经济学理论的碳捕集机组热力性能分析

摘要: 为了科学评价碳捕集机组的热经济性,以热经济学理论为基础,以600 MW碳捕集机组为研究对象,综合考虑热力学特性和经济学因素,建立碳捕集机组的?成本和热经济学成本模型,定量分析碳捕集机组中产品单位?成本和产品单位热经济学成本形成的时空特征及其在生产系统中的分布规律。结果表明:碳捕集机组中组件的?成本和热经济学成本均高于原燃煤机组;影响碳捕集机组成本的主要因素为燃料?成本;燃料热经济学成本和设备投资热经济学成本是碳捕集机组热经济学成本增加的主要原因。Abstract: To evaluate in scientific way the thermodynamic economy of the carbon capture power plant,this paper takes 600 MW unit as researching object and establishes the exergy cost and thermo-economics model by considering its thermodynamic properties and economics features. The model is established based on the structural theory of thermo-economics. The space-time distribution of exergy cost was quantitatively analysed,and also the thermo-economic cost of each unit of carbon capture power plant. Results indicated that exergy costs and thermo-economic costs of carbon capture power plant are higher than that of the old power plant. The main factors affecting exergy costs of carbon capture power plant were exergy costs of fuel. Thermo-economic costs of fuel and the costs of thermoeconomic investment are the principal factors that cause the increasing of the carbon capture power plant’s thermo-economic costs.
