Abstract: Due to the rapid development of the solar thermal utilization industry,the research on the factors affecting the life of components is not thorough,especially because of the need of market development. The non-standard parts provided by the supplier are not clear in the quality measurement index of the whole machine product life cycle,the fine management of the supplier,the continuous improvement of the product quality and other parts of the evaluation index are refined,and the cost,quality and service are established.The balanced scorecard dynamic management system based on process control for industrial suppliers of solar thermal utilization is of great theoretical value and practical significance.
