基于可变拓扑结构LLC变换器的新型混合调制策略

NOVEL HYBRID MODULATION STRATEGY BASED ON VARIABLE TOPOLOGY LLC CONVERTER

  • 摘要: 为进一步提升开关电源轻载时的工作效率,基于可变拓扑半桥LLC谐振变换器提出一种新颖的混合调制策略,使变换器在重载、轻载时皆实现软开关,运行效率高。对半桥LLC谐振变换器的工作原理以及工作模式进行详细分析,讨论LLC变拓扑变换器最高效率运行轨迹,在此基础上设计基于最优状态平面轨迹的新型混合调制策略,对其轻载效率和控制品质做进一步优化。仿真结果证实了此技术方案的可行性和有效性。

     

    Abstract: In order to further improve the working efficiency of switching power supply with light load,a novel hybrid modulation strategy based on variable topology half bridge LLC resonant converter is proposed in this paper,which makes the converter au achieve soft switching in heavy load and light load,and realizes high operating efficiency.In this paper,the working principle and working mode of the half bridge LLC resonant converter are analyzed in detail,and the maximum efficiency track of LLC topology converter is discussed.On this basis,a new hybrid modulation strategy based on the optimal state plane trajectory is designed,and the light load efficiency and control quality are further optimized.Simulation results confirm the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
