玉米秸秆制板剩余物压缩成型试验

COMPRESSION MOLDING TEST OF WASTE MATERIAL IN PROCESSING OF STRAW PARTICLE BOARD

  • 摘要: 对制板筛分下的剩余物(秸秆瓤含量约为60%)在综合特性测试分析基础上,对饲料化利用压缩成型进行试验研究。以含水率、压缩应力、物料处理方式、精料添加比为试验因素,饲料块径向抗压强度和24 h膨胀率为试验指标,进行四因素五水平正交试验设计,最终获得秸秆瓤饲料块的最佳成型工艺。

     

    Abstract: The compression molding of the waste material screened from maize straw in the processing of artificial straw particle board was studied for fodder on basis of the material properties test and analysis of the waste material consisted of 60 percent maize straw core.The influence factors including moisture content,compressive stress,waste material treatment method and concentrate addition ratio on the compression molding performance targets were tested,the four factors and five levels orthogonal experiment with radial compressive strength and expansion rate after 24 hours as the performance indexes were designed. Finally,the optimal molding parameters for corn straw waste material used for feedstuff were obtained.
