Abstract:
The compression molding of the waste material screened from maize straw in the processing of artificial straw particle board was studied for fodder on basis of the material properties test and analysis of the waste material consisted of 60 percent maize straw core.The influence factors including moisture content,compressive stress,waste material treatment method and concentrate addition ratio on the compression molding performance targets were tested,the four factors and five levels orthogonal experiment with radial compressive strength and expansion rate after 24 hours as the performance indexes were designed. Finally,the optimal molding parameters for corn straw waste material used for feedstuff were obtained.
