“双碳”背景下中国生物质能利用技术的发展现状及挑战

DEVELOPMENT STATUS AND CHALLENGES OF BIOMASS ENERGY UTILIZATION TECHNOLOGY UNDER BACKGROUND OF EMISSION PEAK AND CARBON NEUTRALITY STRATEGY IN CHINA

  • 摘要: 迫于能源短缺与环境恶化的双重压力,中国率先提出“双碳”目标,并大力发展绿色、清洁的可再生能源,尤其是具备零/负碳排放优势的生物质能。针对当前规模化利用面临的实际难题,通过汇总中国生物质资源的分布情况及其特征,提出以“地域”或“原料特性”为基础发展生物质能的核心理念,并全面综述了相关技术的发展现状,包括以能源化利用为目标的生物质发电技术、生物液体燃料技术、生物燃气技术和固体成型燃料技术等,以及基于生物炭/碳材料、生物基材料与化学品的高值化利用技术;最后,讨论了该领域在未来发展可采取的策略及重点方向。现阶段,生物质能产业正面临技术突破和市场拓展的关键节点,需立足国情,应对挑战,通过科学的顶层规划,聚焦基础与前瞻的技术方向,创新发展模式,为中国生物质能产业的快速发展提供强有力的科技支持。

     

    Abstract: Under the dual pressure of energy shortage and environmental degradation,China has taken the lead in proposing the goal of emission peak and carbon neutrality and vigorously developing green and clean renewable energy,especially biomass energy with zero/negative carbon emission advantages. This paper focuses on the practical challenges faced by current large-scale utilization,summarizes the distribution and characteristics of biomass resources in China,proposes the core concept of developing biomass energy based on "geographical" and "raw material characteristics",and comprehensively reviews the development status of related technologies,including biomass power generation technology with energy utilization as the goal,bio liquid fuel technology,bio gas technology,and solid formed fuel technology,as well as high-value utilization technology based on biochar/carbon materials,bio based materials,and chemicals. Finally,strategies and key directions for future development in this field are discussed. At present,the biomass energy industry is facing key nodes of technological breakthroughs and market expansion. It needs to be based on national conditions,respond to challenges,focus on basic and forward-looking technological directions through scientific top-level planning,innovate development models,and provide strong technological support for the rapid development of China’s biomass energy industry.
