Abstract:
Among the current mainstream anaerobic dry fermentation technologies internationally, garage type anaerobic dry fermentation technology has the characteristics of stacked feed in and out, maximum reduction of biogas slurry production, and low energy consumption during the fermentation process. Therefore,it has been industrialized in China. This paper compares several mainstream anaerobic dry fermentation technologies internationally and elaborates in detail on the specific production and construction of China’s garage type anaerobic dry fermentation industrialization project, and analyzed the operational impact factors of China’s garage type anaerobic dry fermentation industrialization project from three perspectives:fermentation raw material types, product utilization methods, and operational effects. The analysis results show that, from the perspective of the operation of various industrialization projects, industrialization projects that use agricultural organic waste as fermentation raw materials must fully demonstrate the sales market of organic fertilizers or bio organic fertilizers. If necessary, the industrial chain can be appropriately extended to create a downstream green organic fruit and vegetable product base. The industrialization project using municipal organic waste as fermentation raw material can operate normally, but due to the inability of the generated biogas residue to further achieve resource utilization,it significantly increases the operating costs of the project. Therefore,it is possible to consider drying the biogas residue to produce organic substrates for greening, which can be combined with the municipal landscaping department for consumption. This can not only improve the resource utilization rate of waste, but also reduce the amount of fertilizer used for municipal greening, which is more conducive to promoting the development of anaerobic dry fermentation technology.
